Account Executive
Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting transactions, including AR/AP, cash accounts, and issuing invoices. The role involves general office administration, handling documentation, and managing banking payments. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and capable of supporting daily operational tasks.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing Invoices, Cash Sales, and Proforma Invoices daily.
- Manage office document filing, file tagging, and labeling.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence (email, etc.).
- Manage courier services for clients and verify consignment notes.
- Update and follow up on returned Delivery Orders (DO) in Excel, ensuring they are stamped and signed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
- Process transactions, handle online banking payment entries, and issue cheques.
- Key in daily accounting transactions for Account Receivables/Account Payable (AR/AP) and Cash Account Transactions (CAT), including sales/purchase invoices, credit/debit notes, official receipts, payment vouchers, and petty cash.
Requirements:
- Ability to start work immediately.
- Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficient in Windows systems, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport.
- Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong, Selangor.
