Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Video Editor to handle both traditional footage and AI-generated video production. You will support our creators on lifestyle shoots while independently producing content for eCentral and PopLokal. This role requires a balance of creative editing, AI prompting, and on-set assistance in the Klang Valley area.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for eCentral and Poplokal.
- Produce faceless AI videos independently: generate images with ChatGPT, animate with Grok or Gemini Veo, and edit in CapCut.
- Assist creators on outdoor KL shoots, including handling B-roll, audio, and basic camera operation.
- Add captions, sound design, music, and motion graphics.
- Manage the editing backlog to support senior creators.
- Maintain brand consistency across both platforms.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of video editing experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Proficient in CapCut (Premiere Pro or DaVinci is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, or Gemini Veo.
- Comfortable writing detailed prompts for AI generation.
- Basic camera operation skills for shoot assistance.
- Strong sense of pacing and hook-building for short-form content.
- Based in Klang Valley (remote role with availability for local shoots).
- Fast turnaround capability and ability to meet weekly deadlines.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Malaysian TikTok/IG content trends.
- Motion graphics or After Effects skills.
- Basic audio recording knowledge (lav mics, handheld recorders).
- Familiarity with TikTok affiliate or Shopee Live content workflows.
