LIVE STREAMING HOST — BAG RETAIL Compensation: RM30.00 – RM35.00 per hour Work Hours: 3 to 6 hours per live session (required minimum commitment) Category: Handbags, Tote Bags, Shoulder Bags & Fashion Bags Your Role: Build consistent, high-quality livestreams that boost conversion and viewership. You will design scripts, lead on-camera segments and help scale our live commerce efforts from pop-ups to regular daily shows. Your Growth & Impact: - Build a visible on-camera portfolio by hosting regular live sessions that showcase your presentation skills and product knowledge. - Expand your professional network through cross-team collaboration with marketing, merch and logistics. - Sharpen media skills with hands-on experience using live platforms, simple production tools, and audience analytics. - Connect directly with customers and learn real-time selling techniques that improve conversion and soft sales skills. - Position yourself for roles in content, commerce or store leadership as our live channel grows. What We’re Looking For: - Experience in live e-commerce / live hosting — you know how to build connection, keep viewers engaged, and convert orders - Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English AND Malay (spoken clearly and comfortably) - Outgoing, articulate, professional, and able to explain product features, materials, and pricing effectively - Reliable, punctual, and able to complete the full scheduled broadcast duration Responsibilities: - Present and demonstrate various bag products live - Interact with viewers, answer enquiries, and promote offers - Maintain lively and positive atmosphere throughout the stream - Follow schedule consistently
