Job Summary
This role involves multiple positions within a data center environment, including Data Center Operations, Facility Management, Network Operations, and Helpdesk support. The position is open to fresh graduates and those with relevant experience willing to work on a shift rotation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support data center server, storage, and network
- Manage IT equipment logistics and asset management
- Maintain facility infrastructure, power, cooling, and safety
- Provide first-level IT technical support

Job Details
Multiple Role Hiring:
- Data Center Operation Technician: Monitoring & supporting data center server, storage and network.
- Data Center Logistics: Handles movement, storage, asset management of IT equipment in Data Center.
- Facility Management Technician: Manage & maintain the physical infrastructure of Data Center, reliability of power, cooling and safety system.
- Network Operation Center Engineer: Monitor, troubleshoot & manage network infrastructure.
- Helpdesk Engineer: Provide first level IT support to end user.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related.

- SPM with 1 year of working experience in related field.
