Job Details

The role We're looking for someone who can open the door and keep the room warm. You'll find the brands we should be working with, win them over, and look after them well past the pilot episode. You'll also sit in on the bigger conversations about where this studio goes next. We're early in our story, so this role will grow as we do. You'll work closely with our CEO and Creative Director. What you'll be doing Bringing them in - Find, qualify, and chase leads, and keep the pipeline healthy and honest - Pitch our services (Identity Work, Creative Expression, Campaigns, Creative Partnership, etc.) in a way that sounds like us, not like a brochure - Build decks that look as good as the work we make. We're a design studio, so an ugly deck is basically a crime here. - Prepare proposals and quotations, and help negotiate and close - Represent the studio at events, exhibitions, launches, and anywhere future clients might be. Keeping them close - Be the main point of contact from onboarding to curtain call - Turn client needs into clear briefs the creative team can actually run with - Keep projects moving by tracking timelines, scope, and feedback loops to protect both the work and the relationship - Spot where an account can grow, and grow it naturally - Keep our trackers tidy so nobody has to guess what's happening Growing the studio - Brainstorm with the Creative Director on strategic projects, collaborations, and new ways for the studio to grow - Bring back what you hear in the market: what clients want, what competitors are doing, what's quietly shifting - Help turn the good ideas into plans, then into things that actually happen Requirements Who you are - 2 to 4 years in business development, project management, client servicing, or account management. Agency, studio, or creative industry experience is a plus. - You've closed deals or looked after clients, ideally both, and you want to get properly good at the two together - You're a great talker and an even better listener. You can hold a boardroom and a gallery opening equally well. Being camera-friendly is another plus! - You have a strong visual eye and real deck skills (Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, as long as the result is beautiful) - You think in ideas, not just tasks, and you're not shy about sharing them - You're organized enough to keep our chaos productive, and you make the hard parts look effortless - Fluent in English and BM. Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus. - Comfortable in a small, early-stage team where everyone wears a few hats - The big one: you love art. Museums, zines, weird films, or a mural you'd detour to see.
