Retail Assistant
Job Summary
Megan Retail Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Assistant to attend to customer inquiries, handle sales transactions, and maintain store displays at Queensbay Mall. Candidates are required to assist with inventory checks, conduct live streaming sessions, and support daily store operations. Applicants should possess a minimum SPM qualification, good communication skills, and the ability to work retail hours.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle sales transactions and POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and proper product display
- Conduct live selling and live streaming sessions
- Assist with stock arrangement and inventory checks
Required Skills
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales or jewellery industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
Job Details
Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information and recommendations
Handle sales transactions (cash, card payments, and POS system)
Maintain the cleanliness and proper display of jewellery products in the store
Assist with stock arrangement, price tagging, and inventory checks
Willing and required to conduct live selling / live streaming sessions
Support store promotions and daily store operations
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
Experience in retail sales or the jewellery industry is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
