Retail Sales Associate
Job Summary
LiberNovo is opening its first store in Malaysia at Mid Valley and is looking for friendly Retail Sales Associates to join the team. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, explaining award-winning ergonomic chairs, closing sales, and maintaining the store. No experience is required as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with ergonomic chairs
- Close sales and handle POS payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and arrange deliveries
Required Skills
- SPM / Diploma qualification
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Friendly and confident communication skills
Job Details
Your job:
• Welcome customers and let them try the chairs
• Explain the product and answer customer questions
• Close sales and handle payment (POS)
• Arrange delivery for customers
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Help out during store events and promotions
Requirements:
• SPM / Diploma
• Friendly and confident talking to customers
• Can speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work retail shift
• Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply
Good to have:
• Can speak Mandarin
• Experience in retail sales, especially massage chairs, mattresses or electronics
