Service Crew

Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in designated areas in accordance with restaurant procedures. Presenting menus to guests and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our offerings, including specials menu's and beverages. Taking accurate food and beverage orders whilst ensuring clarity on any special requests. Communicating orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff. Serving food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring correct items are delivered to the correct guests. Maintaining attentiveness to guest needs throughout their dining experience, promptly addressing any issues or requests. Clearing tables and resetting them to our high standards between seatings. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service operations and supporting colleagues when needed. Adhering to food safety. Work in shift - 12 hours per shift EPF & SOCSO provided Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and processing transactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure under pressure Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items such as trays and plates Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications A professional appearance and commitment to maintaining high standards of personal grooming Reliability and punctuality with a positive attitude towards teamwork SPM & Above
