Job Summary
Red Room Coffee Roastery is expanding and looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Barista Apprentices at new Penang locations. Whether you are experienced or looking to start your coffee journey, you will have the opportunity to work with premium specialty coffee. Candidates must be willing to learn how to brew and taste coffee.
Responsibilities
- Learn to brew and taste specialty coffee
- Maintain a friendly, punctual, and team-oriented approach
Required Skills
- Malaysian citizen aged 18-40
- Good attitude and punctuality
- Willingness to learn coffee brewing and tasting
- Relevant experience is an advantage

💰 Monthly Wages / 月薪:
RM 1,800 – RM 4,000 (Based on experience)
✅ Requirements / 应聘条件:
- Malaysian Only (Warganegara Malaysia / 仅限马来西亚公民)
- Age: 18 – 40 years old
- Personality: Good attitude required, friendly, punctual, and a team player.
- Relevant experience is an advantage.
- Candidates for all positions must be willing to learn how to brew and taste coffee. 态度好，有相关经验优先考虑,每个岗位都需要能够学习泡咖啡&喝咖啡最基本条件. Pengalaman berkaitan merupakan satu kelebihan. Bagi semua jawatan, kebolehan untuk mempelajar cara membancuh dan merasa kopi adalah keperluan asas.
