CEX Sales Assistant
Job Summary
The Sales Assistant is responsible for processing buy and sell transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked. Candidates should ideally have knowledge and experience in electronics, ranging from consumer devices to gaming peripherals. They must also be able to properly evaluate the condition of second-hand electronics presented by customers.
Responsibilities
- Process buy and sell transactions on POS
- Examine, evaluate and test second-hand electronics
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Ensure store cleanliness and proper inventory display

Job Details
The Sales Assistant is responsible for processing buy and sell transactions, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the store is clean and its stock well-maintained. They will ideally possess knowledge and experience in the field of electronics ranging from consumer devices to gaming peripherals and be able to properly evaluate the condition of second-hand electronics that are presented to them.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide customers with our services and assistance.
- Address customer service issues such as concerns, queries, or complaints with confidence.
- Process sales and purchase transactions on the POS (Point of Sale).
- Examine, evaluate and test all stock bought in as per purchase SOPs.
- Ensure store and its inventory are always neat, clean and organised.
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced.
- Take stock and reorganise merchandise as needed.
- Provide product knowledge to customers.
- Adhere to and follow all store policies, systems and procedures.
