Job Summary
Provide support to Mandarin-speaking advertisers via Call, Email, and Live Chat. Assist advertisers with account setup, campaign settings, and troubleshooting. Advise clients on ad campaign optimisation to improve performance and business results.

Job Details
Provide support to Mandarin-speaking advertisers via Call, Email, and Live Chat. Assist advertisers with account setup, registration, campaign settings, and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records and meet customer service and quality standards.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Diploma’s Degree in any field, preferably advertising or marketing.
- Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin language.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support will be an added advantage; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Passion for social media, online marketing or online advertising.
- A creative mindset and understanding of customer needs.
- Strong communication skills and a flair for convincing and presenting an argument.
- Ability to work in an organized and structured manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
