What You Will Learn & Do Sales & Customer Service Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations. Understand customer needs, preferences and budget. Learn professional customer service and communication skills. Assist the sales team in handling walk-in customers and enquiries. Prepare quotations and sales orders. Follow up with customers when required. Home Appliance Product Knowledge You will receive training and practical exposure to various home appliances, including: Refrigerators Washing Machines Air Conditioners Televisions Fans Water Dispensers Small Home Appliances You will learn how to understand and compare product specifications, features, pricing, energy efficiency and warranty information. Retail Store Operations Gain practical experience in: Daily retail store operations Stock checking and stock arrangement Inventory coordination Product display and store arrangement Sales order processing Delivery coordination Basic after-sales service procedures Supporting the team with daily operational tasks Delivery & After-Sales Understand the complete customer journey: Sales → Order Processing → Stock → Delivery → Installation / Setup → After-Sales Service This provides practical exposure to the complete retail business process.
