Waiter and Waitress

Provide friendly, polite, and attentive customer service to all guests. Welcome customers, assist with seating, and explain menu items and promotions. Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly. Assist customers with yakiniku dining, including explaining how to grill meat and use the dining equipment when needed. Ensure the smooth daily operation of the restaurant. Prepare and arrange tables before customers arrive. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations. Check food presentation and ensure orders are served correctly. Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service. Follow restaurant standard operating procedures (SOPs), food safety, and hygiene requirements. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and resetting tables. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant management. Requirements Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage. Friendly, polite, and customer-service-oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a team and follow instructions. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts. Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and disciplined. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times. Willing to learn about the menu, food preparation, and yakiniku dining service. Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia; basic English or Mandarin is an advantage. Must be able to perform duties involving standing for long periods.
