Job Summary
Tudungruffle is seeking a Warehouse Assistant based in Bangi, Selangor on a contract basis until Raya 2027. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations including receiving goods, performing QC checks, picking, packing, and maintaining inventory. Candidates should have a minimum SPM qualification, be physically fit, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Perform Quality Control (QC) checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects, damages, stains, incorrect labelling or other quality issues.
- Separate defective or damaged items and report them to the supervisor for further action.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for delivery or collection.
- Perform stock arrangement, labelling and inventory counting.
- Ensure all goods are handled properly and stored in the correct locations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods or inventory issues to the supervisor.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday and rotating half-day Saturday (subject to the warehouse schedule).
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and moving of goods.
- Responsible, punctual, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Able to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Previous warehouse experience will be an added advantage.
