Job Summary

Loob Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Supervisor for Tealive at AEON Shah Alam Mall to oversee daily operations and manage staff. The role involves ensuring high standards of customer service, inventory management, and accurate financial transactions. Candidates are also expected to prepare and serve beverages while adhering to strict standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Create employees' schedules and supervise staff
  • Oversee daily outlet operations and inventory management
  • Handle financial transactions and cash registers
  • Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks according to SOP
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Required Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in F&B
  • Possess at least SPM / O-Level
  • Able to work extra hours and on Public Holidays
  • No health issues or critical illnesses

Job Details

Supervisor Job Scope: Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering. Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately. Explain and promote products and offerings Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner. To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers Requirements Requirements : Candidate for Supervisor must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in F&B Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays No health issue/critical illness
