Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable oral care products based on their needs and preferences.
- Ensure staff have sufficient product knowledge to explain product features, benefits, usage instructions, and promotions accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse sales results, and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stocktaking, and product displays to ensure product availability and proper presentation.
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and maintained according to company standards.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor daily transactions, and maintain accurate store records.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail procedures, and applicable product labelling and sales requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail sales or store operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience selling oral care, personal care, beauty, healthcare, or consumer products is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good sales, problem-solving, and inventory management abilities.
- Results-driven, responsible, and able to motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
