- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations.
- Deliver professional customer service and support long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with graduation completed and certificate available.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome.
- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills (minimum expected standard 8/10).
- Confident, articulate and professionally presentable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn financial products.
- Sales-driven attitude and comfortable engaging with customers.
- No prior banking or sales experience required.
- Mandarin or Hokkien dialect proficiency is an added advantage.
- Genuine interest in relocating to Singapore for long-term career development.
- Able to complete mandatory training and financial licensing examinations.
