Job Summary
Involve in developing omni-channel strategy and assist customers in selecting and purchasing fashion products while providing excellent customer service. Meet individual and team sales targets, handle cashier transactions, and maintain store cleanliness. Support stock management, visual merchandising, and ensure high standards of product knowledge.

Requirements:
- Education: SPM or an equivalent or higher qualification.
- Entry-Level: No experience required, fresh graduates welcome.
- Junior Level: 1-3 years retail experience, fashion knowledge preferred.
- Senior Level: 3+ years’ experience, strong sales & leadership skills.
- Preferably experience in fashion or apparel; advantage for those with men's clothing sales experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is sought to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
