Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, confident, and creative individuals to join our team as Full-Time Online & Offline Livestream Hosts. This role focuses on entertainment, audience engagement, livestream PK sessions, and showcasing individual talents without any product selling required. Candidates will host daily livestream sessions on TikTok for a minimum of 6 hours per day while working closely with the Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Host daily TikTok livestreams for at least 6 hours
- Interact with viewers and manage PK sessions
- Showcase personal talents and maintain energetic atmosphere
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to improve performance
Required Skills
- Proficient in at least 2 or 3 languages
- Confident camera presence and strong communication skills
- Outgoing, creative, and energetic personality
- Previous livestreaming experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Position Details

- Languages: Proficiency in 2 or 3 languages is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
1. Salary Structure
- Basic Salary

2. Salary Range
- Candidates Proficient in 2 Languages (22 working days per month: RM2,000–RM6,000, 26 working days per month: RM2,500–RM6,000)
- Candidates Proficient in 3 Languages (22 working days per month: RM2,500–RM6,000, 26 working days per month: RM3,000–RM6,000)
3. Trial Period
- Duration: 5 consecutive days with trial allowance of RM30 per day.
4. Probation Period
- Duration: 30 days with Basic Salary + Commission.
Livestreaming Requirements
- Minimum 6 hours of livestreaming per day.
- The TikTok livestreaming account belongs to the host.
- No product selling or direct sales activities are required.
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate confidently and engage with an online audience.
- Proficient in at least 2 languages; candidates proficient in 3 languages are preferred.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with viewers.
- Willing to commit to at least 6 hours of livestreaming per day.
- Outgoing, energetic, creative, and willing to showcase personal talents.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to the assigned work schedule.
- Previous livestreaming or content creation experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
