Job Summary

Hiring a Sales Engineer (Electrical) based in Shah Alam, Selangor to develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and sell electrical, energy metering and power engineering solutions. The role involves preparing quotations and presentations, conducting site visits, coordinating with engineering and operations teams, supporting business development activities and travelling across Malaysia. Compensation includes a RM4,000 basic salary plus travelling allowance, commission and potential monthly earnings of RM6,000–RM7,000++.

Required Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or related field

  • Communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain customer relationships across various industries - Identify new sales opportunities and develop leads - Promote electrical, energy metering, power and related engineering solutions - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions - Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations - Conduct customer meetings, product presentations and site visits - Coordinate with engineering, project, technical and operations teams - Follow up sales enquiries, quotations and projects from enquiry to order - Support exhibitions, business development and other customer-facing activities - Travel for customer visits and projects across Malaysia when required Requirements: - Malaysian citizen - Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, E&E, Mechatronics, Automation, Instrumentation, Power Engineering or related field - Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering or Business Development - Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin - Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - Customer-focused, self-driven and results-oriented - Willing to travel across Malaysia - Possess a valid driving license Advantage / Preferred Experience: - Electrical / Power Industry - Energy / Smart Metering - LV / MV Systems - Switchgear & Electrical Components - Automation & Control - Instrumentation - Power Distribution - Industrial Electrical Products - B2B / Technical Products Benefits: - RM4,000 basic salary - Travelling allowance - Commission & performance incentives - Potential monthly earnings of RM6,000–RM7,000++ - Exposure to nationwide & large-scale projects - Career development & training
