Telco Retail Sales Advisor
Job Summary
The Telco Retail Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting walk-in customers and promoting telecommunications products and services across various retail locations in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves generating new leads, building customer relationships, and actively participating in roadshows and promotional events to achieve sales targets. Candidates must be willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required Skills
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- 1+ years experience in sales, telesales, or customer service
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu

Job Details
Employment Duration: Contract (Renewable Based on Performance)
Working Days: 5 days per week (rotational including weekends and PH)
Working Hours: Retail Operating Hours (Depending on Store Operating Hours)
Available Locations (Immediate hiring): 1Utama, Alamanda, Eko Cheras, Midvalley
Monthly Salary:
- Basic Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 2,700
- Shift Allowance: RM 5 - RM 15 per day (Depending on Schedule)
- Mobile Allowance: RM 200
- High Incentives: Based on Sales Performance
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote telco's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Responsible for generating leads to acquire new customers.
- Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule.
Job Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales/telesales/customer service, with a good sales record.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
- MUST be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport is an added advantage.
- Must be fully vaccinated.
