Job Summary
Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to assist in monitoring inventory levels, managing purchase orders, and tracking shipments. The intern will prepare reports and data analyses to support supply chain operations. Candidates should be currently pursuing a relevant degree and willing to commit to at least 12 weeks of internship.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements
- Support preparation of Purchase Orders and BPOs
- Track and update order and shipment status
- Prepare reports and supply chain data analyses
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Details
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements. Support the preparation and maintenance of Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and Purchase Orders (POs). Track and update order, shipment, and delivery status records accordingly. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analyses related to supply chain activities. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work at Petaling Jaya Minimum 12 weeks of internship Preferably final semester students
