Hanseol Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist Intern to support skincare treatments and gain hands-on industry experience. The intern will assist with facials, maintain room hygiene, and deliver excellent customer service. Candidates should have a passion for beauty, relevant qualifications, and good communication skills.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Support: Assist therapists with facials and face treatments according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Room Setup & Hygiene: Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, towels, and products before appointments, and ensure strict cleanliness and sanitization.
- Client Care: Welcome clients, assist with bookings, handle inquiries, and provide great customer service.
- Inventory & Operations: Restock supplies, monitor stock levels, and support daily operations and light marketing tasks.
- Learning & Growth: Practice facial and massage techniques under professional guidance and supervision.
Requirements
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and customer service.
- Fluent in English, Malay (bonus: Mandarin Chinese)
- Has qualification in beauty SKM or equivalent
- Friendly, polite, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
- High standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Local Malaysians only
