Job Summary
Priority Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager for Human Resources and Administration in the freight and forwarding sector. The successful candidate will oversee full-spectrum HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and regulatory compliance. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and sound knowledge of employment laws.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Admin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Employment Act and local labor laws
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions within the organization.
- Manage all HR areas, including compensation & benefits, manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of all office administrative matters.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, systems, and projects.
- Maintain and update supplier and service provider listings while monitoring quality of products and services.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities on applications and renewals of required licenses.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, assets, and office supplies.
- Assist Group MIS with overseas IT‑related support when necessary.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters and manage employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and monitor annual KPI targets and achievements.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Post‑Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Admin, or at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly disciplined, well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work with sensitivity, persuasion, and professionalism.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, Income Tax Act, KWSP Act, SOCSO Act, QMS, and Safety & Health requirements.
