Ropheka (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to design rehabilitation pathways, manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological patients, and mentor junior staff. The role involves delivering evidence-based manual therapy, tracking treatment outcomes, and supporting clinic standards in Seremban. We offer fixed working hours, yearly increments, commission-based incentives, and professional development support.

Job Details
As a Senior Physiotherapist you will be the Builder: you will design and scale rehabilitation pathways, lead treatment planning and outcome tracking, and help shape clinical protocols that improve patient results and clinic efficiency. You will manage a varied caseload, deliver evidence-based manual therapy and exercise programmes, and mentor junior therapists so clinical standards rise with every cohort of patients.

Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
Conduct thorough assessments for musculoskeletal, sports and neurological outpatients and create tailored treatment plans that set clear goals and timelines.
Deliver evidence-based manual therapy and supervised exercise programmes, adjusting techniques based on patient response.
Manage a varied caseload with prioritised scheduling to maintain treatment continuity and timely progress.
Provide pain education and self-management strategies to support independent recovery.
Care Coordination & Outcomes
Track and record measurable treatment outcomes to guide discharge decisions and follow-up plans.
Prepare clear clinical reports for surgeons, GPs and allied health professionals to support coordinated care.
Improve appointment flow and patient experience by using outcome data to refine pathways and reduce delays.
Perform home visit assessments and follow-up visits when required, documenting interventions and recommendations.
Leadership & Clinic Development
Design and scale rehabilitation pathways and clinical protocols to raise consistency and efficiency across the clinic.
Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, running peer teaching sessions and supporting onboarding.
Lead regular case reviews and contribute to structured learning sessions that improve clinical standards.
Collaborate with the clinic team to identify process improvements and support implementation of protocol updates.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy required; relevant post-graduate certifications or training are an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical physiotherapy experience, including orthopaedic, neurological and sports cases.
Local (Malaysian) practitioner able to start as soon as possible and commit to full-time, on-site work in Seremban.
Willingness to relocate if necessary with advance notice and able to perform home visits when required.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
Proven proficiency in patient assessment, manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription based on evidence-based practice.
Skilled in setting and tracking treatment outcomes, maintaining clinical records and preparing reports for stakeholders.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office for documentation and outcome tracking.
Possess own transport and a valid driver's ability for home visits and external coordination.
Soft Skills & Qualities
Clear communicator in English and Malay; Mandarin and/or Tamil is a bonus for patient engagement.
Patient-centred approach with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate patients.
Proactive learner who can work independently and also collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to professional development and clinic culture.
