💡 你会参与什么？ 💡 创意提案｜发挥创意，为客户构思广告及推广方案🤝 客户沟通｜接触不同 SME 老板，了解品牌与市场推广需求📣 方案｜根据客户需求，推荐合适的广告媒体与宣传方式🔄 团队协作｜连接客户与内部团队，推动项目顺利进行🚀 项目落地｜从前期沟通、提案到执行，亲自跟进整个广告项目 🎯What You'll Do: Sales & Business Development ● Introduce and present online & offline advertising and branding solutions tailored to clients’ needs. ● Actively prospect, meet, and engage SME business owners to promote SBS’s advertising solutions. ● Follow-up and close leads generated from marketing campaigns or personal networking. ● Meet and submit daily, monthly, and annual KPIs as set by the management. Client Relationship Management ● Understand client objectives and recommend effective advertising and branding strategies and tailored packages. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. ● Provide timely after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Sales Operations & Reporting ● Update CRM/sales sheets daily to ensure accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and performance. ● Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the team leader. ● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaboration & Team Support ● Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. ● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects. ● Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and client experience. Requirements 🧠我们正在寻找这样的您 - 持有市场营销、广告、商业、大众传播或相关领域的 Diploma 或 Bachelor’s Degree。 - 具备 1–3 年印刷、营销、广告或相关行业经验者优先。 - 具备 B2B 企业及中小企业客户销售经验者优先。 - 具备达成销售目标及管理客户关系的能力。 - 欢迎对广告、营销、销售及业务拓展充满热情的应届毕业生申请。 - 具备开朗、积极及正面的心态。 - 具责任感、以结果为导向、主动积极、性格外向，并具备良好的人际沟通、表达及谈判能力，同时拥有较强的创意思维及解决问题能力。 - 能够独立工作，同时具备良好的团队合作精神。 - 语言要求：中文、英语及马来语（我们正在寻找具备中文沟通能力的候选人，以便有效地与讲中文的客户沟通）。 - 必须拥有自己的交通工具。 🚀 What We’re Looking For - Possess minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, or related field. - Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in printing, marketing, advertising, or related industries are preferred. - Preferably specializing in sales – B2B corporate and SME clients. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships. - Fresh Graduates Welcome! – No need to be a sales expert. If you’re confident, energetic, willing to learn and not afraid of challenges, we want you! - Must possess a cheerful, happy and positive mindset. - Responsible, result-oriented, outgoing and pleasant personality, mature, with good interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills, strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Able to work independently while being a strong team player. - Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. - Must have your own transportation.
