What You’ll Do
- Manage and support startup, accelerator, workshop, and corporate innovation programmes
- Coordinate with startups, corporates, investors, government agencies, mentors, sponsors, and vendors
- Act as a key client-facing contact throughout projects and programmes
- Understand client needs and coordinate startup-corporate matching discussions
- Draft proposals, presentation decks, reports, and client materials
- Manage programme timelines, meetings, calendars, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Track project progress, outcomes, and deliverables
- Coordinate mentors, interns, facilitators, and programme participants
- Keep projects moving and solve issues as they come up
Requirements What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of working experience in project management, events management, or a related field
- Confident and professional when dealing with clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Able to draft proposals and business documents independently
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business is a big plus
