Job Summary
This role is responsible for handling import and export operations, including custom declarations and documentation. Key tasks involve preparing pre-alerts, managing delivery arrangements, and processing custom forms such as K1, K2, K3, K4, and K8. Candidates are expected to have prior experience in a similar industry based in KLIA.

1. IMPORT
- RECEIVE PRE-ALERT
- PREPARE K1 DRAFT
- REQUEST SST CERT FROM CUSTOMER IF AVAILABLE
- UPDATE STATUS OF SHIPMENT ARRIVALS TO CUSTOMER
- HANDLE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT
- HANDLE CARGO RELEASE TO AGENTS
- DO & DN PREPARATION
- K4 MANIFEST PREPARATION
- AOG DOCUMENTATION & CUSTOM DECLARATION
- STAND BY FOR AOG OR HAND CARRY DECLARATION
2. EXPORT
- PREPARE AWB (DRAFT AND FINAL)
- K2/K3 DECLARATION
3. K1/K2/K3/K8 DECLARATION
- PREPARE CUSTOM DECLARATION AS PER REQUIREMENT
Requirements:
- HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR INDUSTRY
- BASED IN KLIA
