Job Summary

Seeking a System Support Executive / Assistant Manager with electrical and electronic engineering experience to support parking management projects. Job Details

Responsibilities & Qualifications: - Respond promptly to breakdown calls and service requests from clients regarding car park system issues. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults related to parking equipment including ticketing machines, barrier gates, payment systems, and access control systems. - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues within agreed service timelines. - Conduct on-site inspections and system testing after repairs or maintenance work; assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of car park systems when required. - Maintain accurate records of service reports, maintenance activities, and technical issues; provide technical advice and support to clients regarding system operation and maintenance. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures; conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. - Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures; provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. - Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), procurement plans, evaluate vendor proposals and coordinate with procurement team; monitor cost against budget and recommend adjustments. - Serve as main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams; coordinate project meetings and handle client feedback. Education: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. Experience: - Minimum 2–5 years of relevant technical and project management experience. Knowledge of infrastructure projects (e.g., parking systems, smart city solutions, or public utilities) is a plus. Skills: - Project management methodologies; CAD; MS Project/Primavera; technical troubleshooting; installation and commissioning; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Other: - Willingness to travel to project sites; able to work under tight timelines and in fast-paced environments. Preferred: - Familiarity with smart systems, IoT, or automation technologies in infrastructure; experience with government or municipal infrastructure projects.
