Application Testing Executive

Job Summary: Application Testing Executive is supposed to perform on finished product sample applicational and visual test. A plus is considered being able to deal with showroom exhibition which requires additional recipes and preparations. Key Responsibilities: - Working closely with QA department, under direct supervision of Quality manager - Handling and revising QC (bakery) working instruction - Managing bakery raw materials and their orders - Cleaning and organizing applicational laboratory environments - Working with R&D in order to develop new recipe - Instruments cleaning and maintenance - Performing applicational test on finished product - Performing showroom exhibitions during customer audit - Training and assistance to customers and probably one on a possible use of our finished product Requirements: - Education in pastry, bakery, or cooking related training - At least 1 to 3 years in food processing company in similar position or in bakery / pastry shop - Knowledge of baking, and cooking - Knowledge on applicational instruments and tools - Knowledge in chocolate, margarine or vegetable cream - Integrity and approachability, must feel able to discuss with customers about complaints and the whole application range of our products
