Responsibilities

  • Manage and process full-spectrum monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, bank files, and statutory filings
  • Act as primary contact point for clients and resolve payroll queries
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations such as EPF, SOCSO, and PCB
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Skills

  • Minimum Diploma in HR or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Experience in Malaysia payroll
  • Familiarity with payroll software like Rymnet, FlexHR, or Payroll2U

Payroll Assistant/Executive Job Description The Payroll Assistant/Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for assigned client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement. This role also serves as a key point of contact for payroll-related matters, supporting clients with statutory compliance and payroll queries. Key Responsibilities - Manage and process full-spectrum monthly payroll for client accounts accurately and on time. - Ensure timely preparation and submission of payroll reports, bank files, and statutory filings & monitor payroll schedules and ensure all deadlines are met without delays. - Act as the primary contact point for clients on payroll matters, including resolving daily payroll queries. - Stay updated on statutory regulations (e.g., Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.) and ensure full compliance. - Proactively inform clients of regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and reviews. Requirements Qualifications - Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role. - Experience in Malaysia payroll is required; exposure to Singapore payroll is an advantage. - Experience with payroll software and systems (Rymnet, FlexHR, Payroll2U or similar). - Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in calculations. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
