Ecommerce Operation Intern
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce Operation Assistant Intern to support our daily online store activities. The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating sales operations across eCommerce platforms. You will also assist with product listings, inventory management, and marketing campaign performance tracking.
Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily customer inquiries via online platforms.
- Supporting daily sales, orders, and payment coordination.
- Assisting in managing eCommerce platforms (updating listings, stock status, pricing).
- Uploading product photos and writing/editing product descriptions.
- Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and company events.
- Tracking and reporting customer engagement and campaign performance.
- Helping maintain proper documentation and data entry tasks.
- Gaining product knowledge—especially in liquor-related products—to improve customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, eCommerce, or related field.
- Interest in eCommerce, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Good communication skills (English/Malay, Chinese is a plus).
- Familiar with online shopping platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Responsible, fast learner, and able to work independently.
- Internship placement must be recognized by your university/college (if applicable).
