E-Commerce Operations Intern
Job Summary
Dainese Malaysia is seeking an E-Commerce & Operations Intern to manage product listings, assist with online order processing, and support daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate is a current Diploma or Degree student in a related field with strong organizational skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital retail operations and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings and inventory across e-commerce platforms
- Assist with online order processing, fulfillment, and shipment coordination
- Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree student in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, or Lazada is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Details
Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, images and inventory across e-commerce platforms
Assist with online order processing, fulfilment, shipment coordination and order status monitoring
Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, vouchers and new product launches
Monitor e-commerce sales performance, stock availability and prepare basic reports
Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Assist with inventory records, stock transfers and coordination between retail stores and internal departments
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree student in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or related fields
Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Organised, detail-oriented and willing to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
