Job Highlights 5 working days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Convenient Location: 7-minute walk from the Taman Perindustrian Puchong LRT station Parking Amenities: Access to basement parking at office premise Job Responsibilities System Administration: Provide support in managing and overseeing the company’s ticketing platform in coordination with the Operations department Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting procedures and deliver technical guidance whenever necessary Resource Management: Systematize, track, and maintain the organization’s IT assets and technical resources Directives: Execute specific tasks and projects as designated by the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or the Head of Department Requirements Job Requirements Academic Credentials: Minimum of a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar technical field Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with a diverse range of programming languages and frameworks is an added avantage (PHP Laravel, Node.js, React.ks, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Flutter) Language Skills: A professional command of the English language is essential Internship Contract length: 4 months and above
