Job Summary
We are seeking an Operation Leader for Event to manage daily operations of outlets, kiosks, roadshows, and promotional events. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, ensure product quality, monitor sales performance, and coordinate event logistics. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment.

Job Details
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Bakery Outlet & Kiosk Operations Manage daily operations of outlets/kiosks to ensure smooth and efficient store operations Supervise staff service quality, product quality and overall store cleanliness Monitor daily sales recording, cash handling and basic inventory control Ensure proper product display, replenishment and healthy inventory turnover Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding and training to maintain a stable and effective team Work closely with HQ to execute sales campaigns, promotions and new product launches Monitor outlet performance and identify areas for operational improvement Roadshow & Event Management Assist in planning and coordinating roadshows, promotional events and sales activities Coordinate logistics preparation, transportation, equipment and event setup Lead on-site operations and ensure smooth sales execution during events Supervise event crew and ensure proper task allocation Monitor sales performance and actively drive sales during roadshows Ensure professional customer service and maintain Love A Loaf's brand image Handle on-site operational issues and coordinate with HQ for timely solutions Requirements WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✅ Strong leadership and communication skills✅ Good organisational and problem-solving abilities✅ Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment✅ Comfortable working at different outlets and event locations✅ Retail, F&B, bakery or event management experience is an advantage✅ Willing to work weekends, public holidays and during events when required✅ Responsible, proactive and team-oriented
