Job Summary
Prepare and update PPAP quality documentation while handling quality issues during product development and production. Coordinate product audits and manage customer complaint resolutions including 8D reports. Plan and implement internal quality knowledge training for staff.

Job Details
Prepare/update PPAP quality documentation, including MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR, etc.
Follow up and handle quality issues arising during the development and production processes of new and existing products.
Analyze and verify product inspection methods and inspection standards, and update them regularly.
Monitor the preparation of process limit samples and promptly identify the effectiveness of process error-proofing fixtures, gauges, and measuring equipment.
Conduct regular MSA and daily maintenance/management of gauges and measuring equipment used by IPQC during the production process.
Coordinate product audit-related matters and follow up on improvement actions for audit non-conformities.
Regularly analyze and evaluate product quality and stability based on daily quality inspection data.
Handle/lead customer complaint meetings, follow up on corrective actions, and submit 8D reports.
Plan and implement quality knowledge training for internal staff.
Requirements:
Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, and Fishbone Diagram; data analysis/statistical software such as Minitab/JMP; and Microsoft Office.
Possess good judgment, communication, decision-making, negotiation, learning, and innovation skills.
