103 Coffee is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Baristas to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming café environment. Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with consistency and quality that reflect 103 Coffee’s standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests warmly and professionally
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment confidently, safely, and efficiently
- Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately, including payment processing and issuing receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and the café environment at all times, following strict hygiene and food safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a commitment to creating a supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Barista or café experience is preferred, but training will be provided
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering great service
- Friendly, energetic, and a strong team player
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
