Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-strong fresh grad to join our boutique creative agency working with global beauty brands. This role focuses on project timelines, asset readiness, coordination, and execution hygiene powered by AI. You will manage deliverables, coordinate media submissions, proofread content, and support production days.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and track project timelines across multiple deliverables
- Ensure asset readiness and coordinate approved ads for media submission
- Proofread content in English & Bahasa and organise client feedback
- Prepare meeting minutes, recaps, and track task status using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Sheets
- Attend shoots, support production days, and use AI tools to improve accuracy
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Familiar with operations, coordination, and AI workflow tools like ChatGPT
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa
Job Details

Use AI tools to summarise meetings, organise feedback, build trackers, and improve accuracy.
