Sediour Beauty Marketing is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist with social media management, e-commerce operations, and AI workflow optimization. The intern will handle tasks ranging from creator management and content uploading to customer service and CRM strategies. This flexible internship offers hands-on experience in the digital marketing and beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media creators and upload UGC videos
- Handle e-commerce operations and campaign coordination
- Optimize internal workflows using AI software
- Provide customer service and CRM support

Job Details
Marketing/Social Media Management (managing creators/influencers, uploading UGC videos, TikTok/FB/IG/Lemon8, etc)
Operations & E-commerce (Shopee/Tiktok Shop/Shopify, fulfilment coordination, ads management, campaigns coordination)
AI optimisation (upgrading internal workflow using latest softwares- i.e. ChatGPT, Claude, etc)
Customer Service & CRM (responding to inquiries, loyalty program/upsell strategies)
Requirements:

- Possess basic skills in Microsoft Office
- Are responsible, organised, and open to learning
Internship duration: Flexible, generally 2 to 4 months
