Job Details
Contact customers via phone to follow up on outstanding payments. Discuss and arrange suitable payment solutions with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and follow-up activities. Monitor assigned accounts and ensure timely follow-up. Handle customer enquiries professionally. Achieve individual and team collection targets. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Age 18–35 years old.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and dealing with customers.
- Able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in collection, recovery, customer service or call centre is an added advantage.
