Graphic Designer

What you'll be doing Hands-on delivery of creative output across multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality and on-brand delivery Take full ownership of visual quality, key visuals, campaign assets, and final deliverables for digital and print Translate client briefs into effective visual solutions, managing timelines and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment Collaborate with creative lead and, when required, communicate directly with clients to align creative direction Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively seek ways to improve design standards, workflows, and creative output Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency or creative studio setting A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in campaign-driven designs, keyart visualization and brand identity Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with practical use of generative AI tools in creative workflows Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple client accounts and concurrent projects Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and bring innovative ideas to the table High level of ownership, independence, and accountability, with the ability to work effectively in a small and growing team (must have own laptop and reliable transportation)
