Your role is to build repeatable paid acquisition engines that scale. You will create multi-channel campaigns, own the funnel from awareness to conversion, and refine strategies that help our courses reach the right learners at the right time. Your Growth & Impact - Expand your paid media portfolio by running campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms in a learning-first environment. - Lead optimisation processes to improve conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and learner lifetime value through systematic testing. - Develop cross-functional experience working with content, product, and sales teams to shape messaging and course funnels. - Build a recognisable marketing track record that positions you for senior growth roles in education or digital consumer businesses. Responsibilities Campaign Strategy - Design and prioritise paid channel plans that meet monthly enrollment and revenue goals. - Create audience segmentation and value-based bidding strategies for different learner cohorts. - Draft creative briefs that connect course outcomes to clear user benefits and test formats across placements. Execution & Optimisation - Set up, launch and manage campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads with proper tracking and tagging workflows. - Manage daily budget pacing, bid adjustments, and creative rotations to hit KPI targets. - Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offers, then iterate based on results. - Coordinate with content and product teams to sync campaign messaging and landing page experience. Analytics & Reporting - Build and maintain dashboards in Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio for channel performance visibility. - Translate data into concise weekly recommendations for senior stakeholders. - Implement and audit tracking to ensure clean conversion and revenue attribution. - Monitor cohort performance and report on metrics that matter to learner retention and revenue. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Approximately 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally with exposure to education, lead-gen, or e-commerce. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - Proven experience owning full campaign lifecycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Comfort working in a fast-learning environment with regular testing and iteration. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Strong expertise in Digital Advertising and Online Advertising across paid social and search channels. - Practical experience with Facebook Advertising and Social Media Advertising campaign setup and optimisation. - Hands-on skills in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tag management for accurate tracking. - Fluent use of A/B testing methodologies, attribution basics, and dashboarding tools like Looker Studio.
