Business Development Executive

Job Description As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities in Malaysia, connecting with business owners and decision-makers, and generating new clients for Zippy Digital Solutions. You will work closely with our India-based technical and delivery team. Our team will handle project planning, technical discussions, development and delivery. Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach potential business clients in Malaysia - Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals and other channels - Contact business owners and decision-makers - Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable Zippy solutions - Schedule meetings between prospects and the Zippy team - Follow up with prospects and support the sales process - Build and maintain long-term client relationships - Develop partnerships and referral opportunities - Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities - Achieve agreed monthly lead and sales targets Services You Will Promote - Website Development - E-commerce Development - Mobile App Development - Custom Software Development - CRM & Business Management Systems - AI & Automation Solutions - Digital Marketing - SEO & Performance Marketing - Website & Software Maintenance Requirements - Currently based in Malaysia - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good spoken and written English - Confident communicating with business owners - Strong sales and networking skills - Previous experience in sales, business development, IT or digital services is an advantage - Existing business network in Malaysia is an advantage - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Comfortable working with performance-based targets
