QC Intern

Job Summary Assist the QC team in conducting routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products while gaining practical experience in laboratory testing and quality control within a chemical manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in performing basic laboratory tests and inspections according to SOPs and established test methods. - Prepare, label, and handle samples for testing and analysis. - Accurately record and maintain laboratory test results and documentation. - Assist with the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. - Report abnormal or out-of-specification results to the QC Supervisor. - Assist in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the laboratory. - Assist with the proper use, cleaning, and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment. - Follow laboratory safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices. - Support QC documentation and audit requirements. - Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the QC Supervisor or Management. Requirements - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
