Job Details
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive strategic sales planning and execution across key hospital accounts and territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, specialists, nurses, and hospital procurement teams
- Provide in-depth clinical support and product expertise during procedures and product demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned regions
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align on campaigns, product launches, and growth strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, hospital protocols, and company standards
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize performance
- Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and clinical education events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of sales experience in medical devices and reusable surgical equipment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Solid clinical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate in surgical environments
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders, including surgeons and hospital decision-makers
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel frequently to hospitals and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory
