Job Summary
As a Team Member at The Little Gym, you will teach and lead fun, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement-based classes for children. You will also engage with children and parents to create a welcoming environment while supporting daily gym operations and events. The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth within an international brand.
Responsibilities

- Assist with class preparation, events, and gym operations
Required Skills
- Positive, energetic, and great with kids
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Available to work weekends
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Details
As a Team Member at The Little Gym, you will:
- Teach & lead fun, age-appropriate gymnastics & movement-based classes for children ages 4 months old - 12 years old
- Engage with children & parents to create a welcoming, positive & safe environment
- Assist with class preparation, set-up & clean-up
- Support events, birthday parties & seasonal activities
- Help with day-to-day gym operations, including front desk duties & membership support
- Bring energy, creativity & enthusiasm to every class & activity
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Positive, energetic & great with kids
- Spoken Language: English (must) & Mandarin (is a bonus!)
- Willing & able to work weekends
- Team player with good communication skills
