Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service: Greeting diners, taking orders, and assisting with menu recommendations.
- Service Delivery: Delivering food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to tables in a timely manner.
- Table Management: Clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables with cutlery and linens.
- Station Maintenance: Ensuring service stations are stocked with napkins, tableware, and condiments.
- Support & Operations: Assisting kitchen & floor staffs, cleaning restrooms, and helping with anything required.
- Handling Payments: Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and handling cash or card payments.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to spend long hours on feet, walk frequently, and carry trays.
- Customer Oriented: A friendly, positive, and professional attitude under pressure.
- Handling Payments: Experience operating POS systems and cash/card handling.
