Site Supervisor

Supervise and monitor daily site activities. Coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, requirements and schedule. Monitor site progress and workmanship quality. Check materials and site conditions before work proceeds. Coordinate different trades to ensure smooth workflow. Identify site issues and report them to the Project Manager. Follow up on outstanding works and defects. Maintain proper site cleanliness and basic safety. Provide regular site progress updates and photos. Attend site meetings and coordinate with the project team when required. Assist in final inspection and project handover. Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standard. Requirements Experience in renovation / interior fit-out / construction is preferred. Able to read basic drawings and understand site work. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible, proactive and willing to solve site problems. Able to manage workers and subcontractors. Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
