Job Summary
The Site Supervisor oversees daily on-site construction operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to engineering blueprints. They serve as the primary link between site trades, monitor performance, manage resource allocation, and enforce strict safety and compliance standards. The role also involves quality and material control, blueprint interpretation, and resolving on-site issues promptly.

MATERIAL, AND MACHINERY ACROSS TE SITE. BLUEPRINT INTERPRELATION ECPLANING TECHNICAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS TO THEWORKFORCE TO AVOID EXECUTION ERRORS SAFETY & COMPLIANCESAFETY ENFORCEMENT: CONDUCTION DAILY TOLBOX MEETINGS AND ENSURING WORKERS WEAR PROPER PERSPNAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) HAZARD IDENTIFACATION PERFORMING SITE ASSESMENTS AD=ND RECLIFYING DANGEROUS WORKING CONDITIONS IMDIATELY. REGLATORY CAMPLANCE: ENSURING ALL ENSITE OPERATION STRIKFY FOLLOW LOCAL DEPARTMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (DOSH/JKKP) STANDARDS INCIDENT REPORTING: DOCUMENTING AND REPORTING ANY NEAR-INISES, SITE ACCIDENTS OF SAFETY SIOLATIONS QUALITY & MATERIAL CONTROL MATERIAL INSPECTION: CHECKING INCOMING MATERIAL DELIVERIES FOR CORRECT QUANTITIES AND VISIBE DAMAGE. DEFECT RECTIFICATION SPOLING POOR WARKMANSHIP EARLY AND DIRECTING LABORES TOCORRECT ERRORSBEFORE HANDOVER SUPPORT: ASSISTING QA/QC INSPECTORS DURING SITE WALK DOWN AND CLOSING OUT PUNCH LIST ITEMS
Requirements
Construction Site Supervisor combines physical endurance, leadership capability, and technical knowledge required to manage field operations and labor forces daily:
- Leadership & Workforce Management / Personnel Supervision: Directing diverse teams of laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors effectively.
- Conflict Resolution: Settling disputes between on-site workers or subcontractors quickly to maintain productivity.
- Task Delegation: Assigning daily duties clearly based on individual worker skills and project priorities.
- Technical & Spatial Skill - Blueprint Reading: Understanding architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings accurately.
- Sequencing Knowledge: Masterfully timing construction phases so trades do not disrupt each other's work.
- Math Skills: Calculating material quantities, dimensions, and structural spacing on the fly.
- Physical & Environmental Endurance - Stamina: Standing, walking, and climbing across large construction zones for up to 10-12 hours daily.
- Weather Resilience: Working productively in extreme heat, heavy tropical rain, or dusty environments.
- Sensory Awareness: Maintaining high alertness to heavy machinery movements, crane operations, and moving hazards.
- Crisis & Problem Solving - Resource Troubleshooting: Reacting fast when material deliveries fail or machinery breaks down.
- Safety Intervention: Halting dangerous work practices immediately and confidently without hesitation.
- Urgency Management: Staying calm under intense pressure when facing tight project deadlines.
