Responsibilities
- Enter invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting system
- Assist with SST and corporate tax computations and prepare supporting schedules
- Compile organised, audit-ready folders and supporting schedules
- Prepare regular financial summaries and ad hoc reports
Required Skills
- Enrolled in or recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic formulas
- Solid basic numeracy and familiarity with bookkeeping, invoices, and reconciliations
- Clear written and verbal communication skills

Requirements Responsibilities Daily finance operations You will enter invoices, receipts and payments into the accounting system with high accuracy and keep records up to date. Tax and compliance You will assist with SST and corporate tax computations and prepare supporting schedules for submission. You will maintain tax documents and coordinate with senior staff to ensure filings meet regulatory timelines. Audit and reporting You will compile organised, audit-ready folders and supporting schedules to make audits straightforward for reviewers. You will prepare regular financial summaries and ad hoc reports that help the team monitor cash flow and costs. Requirements Qualifications & Experience You are enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Hard Skills & Knowledge You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and can use basic formulas to manage and analyse data. You have solid basic numeracy and familiarity with bookkeeping entries, invoices and reconciliations. Soft Skills & Qualities You communicate clearly in writing and verbally to work with team members and external contacts.
